We have built a duplex house in Ruše – Maribor.

Each apartment consists of a basement, ground floor and attic, accumulating to 144.15 m2 of living space.

Through the entrance hall, where are a dressing room is also situated, we enter the living area. This consists of a living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room has an exit to the covered terrace on the south side of the house. From the dining room we can enter the terrace on the east or west side of the house (depends on the unit).

There is also a toilet on the ground floor, as well as a stairway to the basement and attic.

The attic accommodates four rooms, which you will use according to your needs (bedroom, children’s room, cabinet and wardrobe room), and a bathroom/laundry room.

The house is built from 30 cm thick bricks and earthquake resistant. It is covered with a pent roof with a 6 degrees slope. The decking and all other tinplate products will be in the color of metal sheet.

The façade is covered with thermal insulation (thickness of 15 cm) and with a final layer (system demit), tinplate products are painted in galvanized steel, windows and doors are made of wood (triple glazing). The house is already equipped with electrical installation, internet connection, plumbing, underfloor heating, a pre-installation for the heat pump (air-water), chimney for fireplaces, and installations for warm air supply, screeds, plasters, partition walls and ceiling in the attic (Knauf system with a 30 cm thick insulation in the attic). There are also connections for electricity, water, sewage system as well as a driveway.

The house offers a beautiful view on the Pohorje Mountains. A health center, school, kindergarten, playgrounds, swimming pools etc. are in the immediate vicinity (500 m).
